Today, a Census worker was asking me about members who are living in my house.. I want to know how tell if they are real or not.
FYI: The worker who was at my door had a badge and a paper census.

After the Census is carried out, Congressional districts are re-allocated among the states, and the boundaries of Congressional districts are re-drawn. Is this allocation done based on the population of all persons, or the population of U.S. citizens? Or some other population?

The world is already seeing wars for fuel,food,more space,etc. The world as now is approaching 7 billion people,half of which are of child-bearing age. The world’s population has doubled within the last 20 years, and expected to double again to 14 billion in a decade to nearly 14 billion. Then expected to double again within just 5 years to 28 billion of that. Is this a more serious matter than things as say..oil?

I do guess some of the answers are right. Over-population is "self-correcting."
But? Starvation..disease..war..etc. are a horrible means.
If people only would realize that their genes are not all that important and, like say limit their contribution to just 2 children it wouldn’t have to be such.
I am not a hypocrite,democrat, or anything. just one of the nearly 7 billion persons.
